The 1 year old daughter (Rebecca) of Debbie a friend of Terri and I, had been admitted to the Sandton Clinic and had been there for a few days. She had a very high temperature and the doctors had run several tests and could not determine what the problem was and would not release her until the fever broke.

I had my first fit at 18 and have since been on medication for 34 years. Being diagnosed as a "Grand Mal" epileptic meant that I could not live freely and do everything I would like to do. I constantly had to watch out for the tell tale signs of my next seizure.
